Prom Gowns : Start at $950 + tax depending on design detail, which includes the following; production of garment start to finish, all fabric, all trims and or appliqués, and 2-3 fittings. There are no exchanges or refunds under any circumstances. Any cancellations that are made after a deposit has been paid are deemed non-refundable.
Price range: Most of our custom designed prom gowns range from $950- $1,850 +tax. The pricing is based on the date of booking, final design details, fabric type, location of client, level of pattern complexity and hand sewn elements. Taxes are included in each price; however shipping is not.

Traditional Mermaid with minimal detail: $950+
Corset Dresses: $1100+
Tulle Bottom (FullBottom): $1500+
Full Feather Bottom Gown: $1800+
Payments and Deposits: An initial 50% deposit is due AT THE CONSULTATION to begin the production process of your custom order. If you are unable to pay the full 50% at the consultation, you have an option to pay 25% upfront and the remaining 25% within 14 days. The process to create your garment DOES NOT begin until the FULL DEPOSIT has been made.
Any clients booking AFTER March 1, 2024 will incur an additional rush fee and MUST pay the full initial deposit at the time of the consultation. The balance on all orders can be paid in monthly installments using our portal.
Forms of Payment: We accept Cash, all major credit cards and ACH bank transfer through our online portal that you will have access to after the consultation. Our portal allows for you to make payments, sign contracts, communicate with us, etc. You can make payments both online, and in person at the showroom during store hours.
COVID-19 Disclaimer: While we understand that COVID-19 and the pandemic are still happening, we are NOT responsible for waiving fees if your event is cancelled, or you do not attend. All prom orders are still expected to be PAID IN FULL. If you are unsure or unable to foresee paying off your garment in the future, please do not book. Masks are required at each appointment for all guests.
We only allow a max of two people per appointment.
14-day Deposit window: If the deposit of 50% is not paid with 14 calendar days of your consultation date, your spot will be forfeited and available to someone else. We cannot hold your space or start the design process until a full 50% deposit is paid.
Consultations: Prom appointments can be scheduled here: calendly.com/imihi/prom. A parent or guardian must accompany you to your appointment if you are under 18. They will also be required to sign all contracts and agreements, even if you are the one paying for your custom dress. Please try to wear form fitting clothing and proper undergarments to ensure we get the most accurate measurements.
Prom Inspiration: After scheduling your consultation, you can send 1-2 inspiration pictures to us via email or text. All inspiration pictures can be emailed to info@loveimihi.com , or sent via text to 412-729-2498. Please include your name, school, and the color you’re thinking about. This allows for us to be prepared with fabric options for your consultation.
Guest: There is a maximum of 2 people permitted at a fitting. You must bring a parent or guardian to all fittings if you are under 18 no exceptions. Masks are required.
Fitting requirements: Please come prepared with good hygiene, shoes, and proper underwear/undergarments to your fittings. There will be 2-3 fittings. The final fitting is also your garment pick up. Please address any concerns during your fittings, otherwise we cannot accommodate your needs.
Late Fees: If you are more than 15 minutes late to any of your scheduled appointments there will be an additional $25 fee added onto your balance due. If you are a no call no show to any set appointments or fittings, there will be an additional $25 fee added onto your balance due.
Time frame for completion: We try to average between 2-4 months max for prom gowns. The completion time also depends on when deposits are paid, the number of clientele being serviced at the time, and how quickly you pay off your garments. We will ALWAYS communicate any changes in the schedule ahead of time.
Client Information: We do not keep client information after 30 days of no payment for any service. This means if you fail to pay any deposits, after 30 days you will be required to book a new consultation and start the process again. We do not give out measurements or any other information we have obtained during your consultation. All information is confidential to IMIHI Designs LLC, and is not shared to any third party.
Out of State Clients: You are still required to book a consultation and pay 50% deposit at or before the appointment to be considered a client. If you are under the age of 18, you are required to have a parent or guardian sign all contracts and agreements, be present on all virtual appointments, consultations, etc.
